Beyond the waistline

There is more to a
stubborn belly
than meets the eye.

A persistent pot belly can be difficult to change, even when you take your health seriously.

Eating patterns, activity, sleep, medicines, health conditions and family history can all influence weight. The combination is different for each person. Understanding yours is the starting point for a considered plan.

Maintaining weight loss can be challenging too. As weight falls, the body needs fewer calories, while changes in appetite can make sustained progress harder. Care needs to evolve with you.

Why this time can be different

A plan with your
health at its centre.

Reports, medicines, symptoms and daily life are considered together. Your doctor explains the recommendations, then refines your care as your response becomes clearer.

01

Understand your starting point

A medical assessment to explore relevant contributing factors, explain what your reports reveal and agree personal goals.

02

Weight-control medication

Where appropriate, doctor-prescribed treatment with clear starting instructions and dose adjustments guided by response and tolerance. Supplements are recommended where required, with their purpose explained.

03

Food and movement that fit your life

Practical dietary guidance and suggested activity and strength-building exercises, suited to your health, preferences and ability. Exercise sessions and supervised training are not included.

04

Review the whole picture

Your waist, weight, wellbeing, relevant health markers and body composition where assessed, including fat and muscle changes. Symptoms, side effects and difficulties are part of every informed decision.

05

Build for what comes next

Maintenance planning begins during the programme, with guidance on habits, follow-up and treatment needs beyond the first 24 weeks.

The difference is in the attention

A doctor who knows
the story behind
your numbers.

Dedicated time, every week. An honest conversation, every step of the way.

Your weekly 30-minute consultation gives you time to discuss progress, ask questions and work through difficulties. WhatsApp chat is available between appointments.

Progress is reviewed throughout the programme. Concerns and changes to the plan are discussed openly, so you understand where you stand and what comes next.

Our commitment

Attentive care through progress and setbacks. Clear explanations. Decisions made with you.

Outcomes vary. No specific amount of weight loss is guaranteed.

Your health comes first

Careful decisions.
Informed by your data.

Concerned about medication and your health? Your doctor reviews your conditions, existing medicines and relevant results, and discusses benefits and risks before recommending treatment.

The right information

Medical reports, blood or urine results, vital signs, waist and weight, supported wearable data and body-composition assessments, as requested.

Liver, kidney and glucose checks, and imaging, are requested when clinically indicated.

Clinical interpretation

Your doctor considers results alongside symptoms, wellbeing and treatment tolerance. When medication is appropriate, medicines approved for use in India are selected for your circumstances.

A considered next step

Continue, adjust the dose, pause, change or stop treatment as clinically appropriate. The aim is to minimise adverse effects while working towards better overall health.

Your information is part of your care.

Complete, accurate and timely data is a serious commitment. Use qualified test providers convenient to you and submit full reports on the agreed schedule. Be candid about medicines, symptoms, wellbeing and difficulties.

Alongside your existing doctor.

Continue your existing appointments and follow your treating doctor’s guidance. This service does not replace or change their treatment. Only the responsible prescriber should change it. Keep both doctors informed and clarify conflicting advice before acting.

No medicine is risk-free, and monitoring cannot eliminate every risk. App and chat updates are not monitored continuously or for emergencies. Seek urgent care when needed.

Before you decide

Your questions,
considered.

Explore the programme, expectations and next steps.

Will I definitely be prescribed medication?

No. Medication is recommended only when the doctor considers it appropriate for your circumstances. The choice and dose depend on your assessment, response and tolerance.

Do I need a strict diet or intense workouts?

The programme focuses on manageable food choices and activity suited to your health and current ability. You will need to work on agreed changes. Strength-building activities are suggested; training sessions are not included.

Can I have tests done wherever is convenient?

Yes. Use qualified laboratories and imaging centres convenient to you, provided reports meet the doctor’s requirements. Submit complete reports on the agreed schedule.

What happens if progress slows?

Your doctor reviews progress throughout the programme. Slower progress prompts closer attention to results, symptoms, treatment tolerance and practical difficulties, with changes considered when appropriate.

Will this replace my existing medical care?

No. Continue seeing your existing doctor and following their instructions. The clinic’s new recommendations must be checked for compatibility with your existing treatment.

What does the complimentary assessment include?

After your information is confirmed complete, you are invited to book a 30-minute discussion. The doctor reviews your information beforehand, explains suitability and answers questions. Detailed treatment plans and prescriptions follow enrolment.

Are results guaranteed?

No particular medicine or amount of weight loss is guaranteed. The commitment is to personalised attention, honest discussions and regular evaluation of your progress throughout the programme.

What happens after 24 weeks?

You receive maintenance planning during your programme. Optional maintenance costs INR 25,000 a month and includes app access and four 15-minute doctor consultations. Medication, tests and other listed exclusions remain separate.
